We had been looking at a handful of properties but never found any that checked all of boxes. I finally came across Jenn’s Facebook post the evening before we were leaving. Jenn responded quickly and was able to arrange a viewing for us an hour before we needed to leave Tulum. It ended up being exactly what we were looking for. Throughout the purchase process, Jenn was able to find answers for all of our many questions, find solutions for the problems we encountered and responded to our messages in the late evening or early morning as we were then in Asia during the buying process. In the end, everything worked out and we are very happy with our new home. We would definitely recommend Jenn to anyone looking to purchase property in Tulum.

I went to Mexico for the very first time in April this year only for the purpose of investing in Real Estate. It was a 4 day business trip with my daughter Joana & our friend Hilary. Katherine Flemming, my agent from Remax Mazal in Tulum, was simply aaammmazzzinnggg!!! The moment we stepped out of Cancun Airport, a Realtor was already there to take us to see condos before a chartered van drove us to Tulum. Following day we met Katherine. She introduced us to Tulum, picked us up and drove us around for 3 days. We looked into different properties and finally I found a place that gave me goosebumps and tears in my eyes.
